By completing the membership subscription forms and agreeing to the privacy policy, the customer can immediately benefit from according services offered to members.
Members will not be required to re-enter their shipping or billing addresses every time they place an order and be eligible to participate in group purchase, auction and other discount events.

How to order

Order is processed as below :

◈ Single item order
 • Step 1: Search for products, select options and click on the "ADD TO CART" button.
 • Step 2: Go to "CART"
 • Step 3: Make sure you have selected right options, enter your billing and shipping addresses and select a payment method.(Members are not required to re-enter their shipping information)
 • Step 4: Proceed with payment and complete the order procedure.

◈ Multiple item order
 • Step 1: Search for products, select options and click on the "ADD TO CART" button.
 • Step 2: Proceed with shopping and add other products to your shopping cart.
 • Step 3: Go to "CART"
 • Step 4: Make sure you have selected right options, enter your billing and shipping addresses and select a payment method.(Members are not required to re-enter their shipping information)
 • Step 5: Proceed with payment and complete the order procedure.

※ Please provide precise order information and shipping address for faster and precise shipping.

※ In case of placing non-member orders, please make a note of your order number and confirmation number. (when paying by credit card)
   For members, there is no need for making memos as these numbers will be recorded into your account automatically.

◈ Track order
 Sign into the shopping mall website and click on "ORDER" button in order to view your order history.
 Click on the order number for detailed order information and shipping status.

◈ Shopping cart
 Sign into the shopping mall website and click on "CART" button in order to view list of items added to your shopping cart.

Payment

• We only accept payment via PayPal.

• Currency : U.S. dollar
• Payment that is not paid after 3 days will be cancelled automatically.
• The name of the depositor is required to match the name registered as the depositor when placing the order.
• In case of disagreement of the name, please let us know in the Q&A board.

     • General items will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after ordering.
     • The shipping period of Registered mail will take 5 to 20 business days after dispatch.
     • The shipping period of EMS will take 2 to 6 business days after dispatch.
     • Delivery may be delayed according to the circumstances of each country.
     • If the dispatch is delayed, we will individually email you.

Returns & Exchanges

 • To exchange or return goods, please contact us by the Q&A board within 3 days after receiving goods.
 • We only accept exchange or return in the following situations.
  - In case of receiving different goods (size, color)
  - In case of receiving defective goods
 • If you received different or defective goods, TREE Design will take charge of the shipping fee.
 • We don't accept exchange or return in the following situations.
  - In case of the changing mind of customer
  - In case of damaging the goods by customer's mistakes
  - In case of incorrect ordering of customer's mistakes

Refunds

Notes

 • Color of the goods can be different from the one on your computer screen.
 • After the goods is shipped out, it can not be cancelled. Please order carefully.
 • All jeans washing is done by hand. So there could slightly differ in each item.
 • Depending on the type of fabric, if dolls wear it for a long time, the surface of the doll may be stained.
 • We recommend that dress your dolls after clothes are washed.

 • Please take off the outfit when you store them.
 • Depending on supply and demand conditions of the fabric, fabric could be changed to similar fabric without notice.

 

Other

• International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Import taxes, duties and customs fees are collected by your government and they have nothing to do with this site. In case that the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products are to be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again. Relevant costs (international shipping, customs and etc) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
