Hello,

I am writing regarding order 20180910-0000010. I see on the order notes it has delivered, and using the tracking on the order the last update I could see said it was shipping to Russia.

My order specifies correctly I am the U.S.A.

Is this the correct tracking for my order? Needless to say I have NOT received this package.
